All About Me!

I the author Loc Trang was born in Vietnam, I moved over to the United States in 2000. Ever since I was little I was always eating this and that. I love food especially Asian food and cuisine! Food is great and many of us love it so much we begin to develop a bigger stomach to contain all the deliciousness the world has to offer. Where I came from, Vietnam there are plenty of great dishes one of my favorites Pho will be discussed in my blog. But besides my home dishes, I will be exploring different parts of Asia and the different delectable cuisine that they offer as well.
